THE HOUSE We arrived on Spanish Wells for the first time in March of 2020 and instantly fell in love. Our dream started when we stepped onto the beach. Visit after visit, we became certain we needed to make this dream of ours become reality . Our home has had many nicknames along the way, but Beach Path Bungalow names it for what it is and why we landed on this little spot we proudly call our home. We first and foremost fell in love with the beach. Whether walking, snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, or sitting in the sun taking it all in, the beach is where we love to be. This patch of sandy jungle happened to be the closest available spot that we could afford, and it included a deeded beach path shared with only three other homes. SOLD! Well, sort of...after a lot of paperwork and patience, we became Bahamian property owners.

BEACH PATH BUNGALOW has approximately 1,100 square feet of living space including one main bedroom, two full baths, and a spacious open floor plan with living room and kitchen.

UP TO 5 GUESTS can be comfortably accommodated. The home is perfect for a family of up to 5. The large living space includes a comfortable queen murphy bed with an extra memory foam topper as well as a twin daybed that doubles as a sofa. We can have the beds all made up for you upon arrival if you would like.
